It must be kept away from direct sunshine and must be stored under normal room temperature (20 – 25 ˚ C)
- Olive Oil captures almost all odors around. So, it must be kept in a place where there is no odor.
- Cap of the bottle must be closed. Because, an interaction with air may lead to oxidation which will deteriorate the taste by increaseing the acidity of the Olive Oil
- As long as these basic rules are respected, Olive Oil can be kept for upto 2 years.
